Provides residential housing in Spokane County, Washington. Lipsker Leasing operates at a 36.25% net profit margin with LH management fees allocated to Lipsker Holding’s treasury serving as investment capital as part of Lipsker Holding’s strategic reserve. In 2027 Lipsker Leasing plans to expand operations outside of Washington State.

LH Treasury

Lipsker Holdings manages a strategic treasury to support subsidiaries, raise capital, and invest for future growth. Sources of investment capital include trademark royalties, management fees, and real estate income. The portfolio is managed by LH and primarily focuses on technology, sustainable energy, artificial intelligence, and real estate.
